The nonprofit organization behind the New Mexico Health Information Collaborative, LCF Research, is set to announce contracts with Sierra Vista Hospital in Truth or Consequences and Gila Regional Medical Center in Silver City, according to the report. Currently, the HIE has contracts with ABQ Health Partners in Albuquerque, Holy Cross Hospital in Taos and CHRISTUS St. Vincent Hospital in Santa Fe, and currently encompasses 1.3 million patient records.

“We are in the black now and we will be more and more on solid financial footing as we go forward,” LCF Interim CEO Bob Mayer told Albuquerque Business First. “Our federal grant runs out in January and we will be sustainable on Jan. 1.”
