At present, Grafix is marketed by Osiris for use as a wound allograft cover/barrier.
Grafix is now more widely available for use in acute and chronic wound treatment in outpatient wound care centers due to the integration of Net Health’s WoundExpert EMR.
Since implementing a full integration between Grafix and the cell and tissue based product section of WoundExpert’s connections module, healthcare providers may now verify patients’ insurance eligibility for Grafix quickly while maintaining all data and communications securely in the EMR, according to a news release.
