Cloud-based genomics IT provider NantHealth has completed its acquisition of NaviNet, a payer-provider collaboration solution provider.
"By combining NaviNet Open's applications…with NantHealth's interoperability, decision support and connectivity platforms…we are now poised to be the natin's leading healthcare collaboration network by transforming the payer-provider relationship to evolve from transactions to interactions and finally to collaboration," said Patrick Soon-Shiong, MD, founder and CEO of NantHealth.
Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
