Minnesota Valley Health Center to go-live on Epic next week

Minnesota Valley Health Center in Le Sueur has implemented Epic’s EHR platform and is scheduled to go live Feb. 22, according to a Le Sueur News-Herald report.

The platform will also include access to the MyHealth patient portal.

MVHC is implementing Epic through Duluth, Minn.-based Essentia Health, as it is too small to receive a license directly from Epic, which builds software for mid- to large-size hospitals and health systems, according to the report.
