Middlesex Hospital partners with Access to integrate e-patient forms with Cerner EHR

Middlesex Hospital in Middletown, Conn., has partnered with web-based forms and patient electronic signatures provider Access.

Access will integrate the hospital’s electronic patient forms with Cerner’s EHR.

“Access’ relationship and integration with Cerner was important to us,” said Karen Kohler, director of information systems and CNIO at Middlesex Hospital. “The Access system will enable us to consolidate our forms, standardize processes and streamline workflows, making things easier for patients and staff.”
