MetroHealth joins new data research network

Cleveland-based MetroHealth System is joining the Guardian Research Network, a national consortium of healthcare organizations that uses a data collection and warehousing system to gather information on hundreds of thousands of patients.

The new partnership will help MetroHealth System advance healthcare research and analytic methods that result in creating more personalized care and improved patient outcomes, according to a May 2 press release from Guardian Research Network. 

Louisville, Ky.-based Baptist Health, Marriottsville, Md.-based Bon Secours Health System, Chesterfield, Mo.-based Mercy and Spartanburg (S.C.) Regional Healthcare System are all a part of the Guardian Research Network.
