MercyOne to deploy PerfectServe’s communication platform at 8 critical access hospitals

West Des Moines, Iowa-based MercyOne is joining forces with PerfectServe to implement its secure communication technology across its eight critical access hospitals.

PerfectServe’s platform enables secure text messaging, furthering clinical communication and collaboration across locations and settings.

MercyOne includes 43-plus owned, joint venture and affiliated medical centers and hospital campuses, along with more than 230 primary care clinics and other health facilities. The health system recently implemented PerfectServe’s technology at MercyOne Des Moines (Iowa) Medical Center. The facilities are run under a joint operating agreement between Englewood, Colo.-based Catholic Health Initiatives and Livonia, Mich.-based Trinity Health.
