Mercy Health has exchanged records with 234 organizations in 48 states, according to the report.
“We’re so thankful to be part of an organization that puts our patients first through investments such as a patient health record exchange,” Steven Grinnell, president and CEO of Paducah, Ky.-based Lourdes Hospital, a member of Mercy Health, told the West Kentucky Star. “Our ability to share the right data with the right provider [at] the right time ensures that our patients benefit from the best possible care since their vital information follows them no matter where life takes them.”
