The pre-diagnosis tool combines artificial intelligence natural language recognition and machine learning and helps identify patient symptoms in real time. The tool asks the patient a series of questions and creates a list of possible pre-diagnoses. It also offers recommendations on next steps.
The technology has performed more than 1.5 million symptom checks in 201 countries. In the U.S., Mediktor is marketing the technology to health insurance companies to help them manage and improve access to their member base.
