1. Dr. Gilbert, an anesthesiologist by training, previously served as the CMO of Mednax, a Sunrise, Fla.-based national medical group.
2. He has also served as CEO of Charlotte, N.C.-based Southeast Anesthesiology Consultants.
3. In his new role, Dr. Gilbert will oversee all aspects of clinical leadership, strategy, structure and operations as well as build upon the company’s existing network of physicians.
