McKesson has finalized the previously announced acquisition of Vantage Oncology and Biologics.
McKesson acquired the two companies for a combined price of $1.2 billion.
Vantage Oncology owns and operates more than 50 cancer treatment centers across the United States. Biologics focuses on cancer care alignment.
