The company will also make its services available to eligible Blue KC Administrative Services Only clients. BCBS Kansas City provides health coverage to more than one million members.
Livongo’s platform aims to help people with chronic conditions better manage their health. In addition to diabetes, the company also offers services for hypertension, weight management and behavioral health.
