Products recently certified include Royal Solutions 3.0, a modular EHR, AllMeds Specialty EHR, Version 10 and CompuGroup Medical’s EHR solutions.
These new products were all released when providers that had already attested to two or more years of meaningful use stage 1 had to implement 2014 Edition technology and move on to stage 2. A recent proposed rule from CMS, however, would allow providers to stay with 2011 Edition technology and remain at stage 1 in 2014 if vendor delays would keep them from attesting successfully to stage 2.
