Kyruus names general counsel, chief administrative officer

Kyruus, a provider search and scheduling solutions startup, appointed Soojin Chung its first general counsel and chief administrative officer.

Ms. Chung will oversee all legal and compliance matters, such as corporate transactions, intellectual property and privacy. She will also manage key administrative departments like human resources and IT.

Ms. Chung most recently served as general counsel, senior vice president and chief privacy officer at Caradigm, a healthcare analytics and population health company. Prior to joining Caradigm, she acted as senior counsel for the healthcare knowledge and connectivity solutions business unit at GE Healthcare.
