KLAS: 10 health IT consulting firms ranked by provider interest

Deloitte ranks the top consulting firm provider organizations say they turn to for health IT guidance, according to a KLAS Research report.

For the report, titled "Global Healthcare IT Consulting," KLAS Research surveyed 100 individuals at provider organizations across the globe about which consulting firm they would consider contracting when planning or implementing a health IT project.

Here are the top 10 consulting firms provider organizations said they would turn to first for guidance.

1. Deloitte: 34 percent

2. PwC: 29 percent

3. The HCI Group: 18 percent

4. KPMG: 16 percent

5. Accenture: 15 percent

5. EY: 15 percent

7. IBM: 9 percent

8. NTT Data: 8 percent

9. McKinsey: 6 percent

10. Healthtech Consultants: 5 percent

However, 60 percent of respondents also selected "Other — Regional" and 30 percent of respondents  selected "Other — Multiregional."
