The “push” technology aims to improve patient care transitions within the network. The service lets providers decide the quantity of information they wish to receive. It also includes a subscription management portal that allows providers to update their subscription preferences.
The Keystone Health Information Exchange is a network of more than 400 healthcare facilities in 53 Pennsylvania counties.
