Kaufman Hall to acquire KREG Information Systems

Kaufman Hall, a consulting services firm in Chicago, plans to acquire healthcare software developer KREG Information Systems.

With the strategic acquisition, Kaufman Hall expands its capabilities to include contract modeling and enhanced claims analytics.
