Mr. Dorman joins ManTech from Acentia, where he served as vice president of defense health services. He has also held positions as CIO, CTO and other health IT executive roles at Columbia, Md.-based Planned Systems International, McLean, Va.-based Cogenz International, the U.S. Department of Agriculture and Bethesda, Md.-based Lockheed Engineering and Management Services, according to a news release.
In his new role as CIO, he will oversee the development of ManTech Health’s IT solution strategies and technology-focused services to improve healthcare outcomes for its clients, which include the Defense Health Agency, CMS and the Department of Veterans Affairs, according to the news release.
