According to a study conducted by Greythorn, 59 percent of full-time health IT professionals and 79 percent of part-time health IT professionals said they are most familiar with Epic’s EMR system.
For full-time employees, 11 percent said they were most familiar with Cerner, 7 percent said MEDITECH, 5 percent said McKesson and 2 percent said Allscripts.
In the part-time sphere, 11 percent also said they were most familiar with Cerner, 3 percent said Allscripts and less than 1 percent said MEDITECH and McKesson.
