UNC Health is deploying Evidently’s clinical data intelligence platform across its hospitals and clinics in North Carolina’s Triangle region following a 12-week pilot program involving 100 users.
The rollout will give clinicians, documentation specialists and other care team members tools designed to synthesize information from complex patient records and support chart review and clinical decision-making, according to a May 7 news release.
Chapel Hill, N.C.-based UNC Health said the deployment will extend beyond physicians to include advanced practitioners, nurses, psychologists, pharmacists, social workers, case managers and allied health professionals.
