Northwell inks clinical AI partnership

New Hyde Park, N.Y.-based Northwell Health is rolling out an AI-powered clinical documentation feature.

The health system entered into a three-year partnership with health tech company Playback Health to use its AI-based platform, Notes, to generate EMR notes from patient and physician conversations, according to a March 12 news release from Playback. 

According to the release, Notes aims to streamline documentation processes for physicians and can save up to three hours spent per day on documentation.
