Mayo Clinic Platform’s Accelerate program has selected 12 artificial intelligence companies as the inaugural participants in its new multiyear engagement pathway.
The multiyear track gives select companies sustained access to Rochester, Minn.-based Mayo Clinic Platform’s de-identified clinical data ecosystem, discovery environment and technical expertise over an extended period — a step beyond the program’s existing cohort model. The 12 companies are developing AI-enabled tools spanning ambient monitoring, psychiatric care, women’s health, hospital case management, cancer care and diagnostic imaging.
“The Accelerate program was intentionally designed to support digital health companies ready to transform healthcare,” Jamie Sundsbak, director of the Mayo Clinic Platform Accelerate program, said in a statement. “As participation continues to grow, the program has evolved to support solutions developers through multiple pathways tailored to their different stages of development.”
Participants include:
- Cappsule, an ambient monitoring platform for clinical decision support
- CerebraAI, which develops AI-powered software aimed at bringing noncontrast CT imaging closer to MRI diagnostic standards
- Clair Health, a women’s health intelligence platform
- Durotimi AI, focused on localized AI for cancer care
- Electrokare, which is building continuous biological monitoring infrastructure
- Floe Health, a clinical reasoning engine for hospital case management
- Koroid, an AI operating system for healthcare operations
- MedLink Global, targeting psychiatric care
-OPTT Health, a scalable mental health platform - PONS, focused on broadening ultrasound accessibility
- Radical Health, a patient-facing second opinion service
- Respiree, which develops AI for managing disease progression across the care continuum
Since its 2022 launch, Accelerate has supported more than 130 companies globally.
