Mr. Glick, who serves as executive vice president for enterprise strategy and business development at the Oakland, Calif.-based health system, will join the UCSF Rosenman Institute on July 1. He will remain in his role at Kaiser Permanente.
“Sam’s broad understanding of the healthcare marketplace and leadership will be an incredible asset to the UCSF Rosenman Institute,” Director Christine Winoto said in a Feb. 6 press release. “Sam played a key strategic role, advising us on the direction of our programs and helping us refine our vision for the future. Together, we’ll continue building on our strong foundation and advance our mission of delivering transformative healthcare innovation.”
The institute has helped launch companies, like virtual GI company Oshi Health, and offers mentorship, funding and business development opportunities to healthcare entrepreneurs.
