Waterdrop Assistant will help online insurance teams with data processing and analysis. It’s been trained to recognize over 100 insurance products, according to a company news release.

Our analysis shows that since its launch, Waterdrop Assistant has processed 86 percent of the user sessions with a 97 percent accuracy rate for intention recognition, helping free up 37 percent of the customer service manpower and effectively increase the policy renewal rate.”
