The company’s AI engine aims to make care transitions from hospital to home easier for clinicians and patients. Laguna will use the latest financing to deepen its AI tool and go-to-market, according to a May 16 Laguna Health news release.
The funding round was co-led SemperVirens and HC9 Ventures.
Laguna has now raised $21 million in total.
