Stephen Pratt joined IBM nine months ago. He did not indicate why he is leaving IBM or what he plans to do next, according to the report.
“IBM is a great company with great people and a bright future in cognitive computing,” Mr. Pratt offered WSJ.
IBM’s Cognitive Business Solutions group focused on data analytics and artificial intelligence, which includes IBM’s supercomputer Watson.
