How HSHS Medical Group meets consumer demand through virtual care

It's challenging to make care designed for large systems work on the consumer level. But that's exactly what Springfield, Ill.-based HSHS Medical Group did.

In a Carena-sponsored webinar March 15, two presenters will outline how HSHS integrated a virtual clinic into its care network to acquire and engage patients in their community. The presentation will be led by Jeaneene Gesell, who serves as anytime service line manager at HSHS Medical Group, and Ralph C. Derrickson, the president and CEO of Carena.
