Honeywell unveils new version of telehealth software

Honeywell launched LifeStream 5.2, the newest version of its FDA-cleared telehealth software.

The new version of the software allows clinicians to remotely monitor chronically ill patients. Additionally, the new version offers a streamlined user interface as well as advanced scheduling and reporting features. Additionally, an enhanced patient dashboard gives clinicians expanded patient snapshots.

“Honeywell telehealth solutions have been very effective in reducing onsite visits, allowing us to connect directly with valued patients in their home, while also improving clinical outcomes,” said Lynnell Hornbeck, manager of home health at Tacoma, Wash.-based MultiCare Health System.

Honeywell focuses on creating products, software and technologies for numerous industries, including healthcare.
