HIMSS rolls 3 summits into 1 “Connected Healthcare Conference”

HIMSS’ annual mHealth Summit will run concurrently with the group’s first-ever Cyber Security Summit and Population Health Summit in one large Connected Health Conference.

“We’re creating an umbrella concept of connected health, and mobile certainly fits squarely in that,” H. Stephen Lieber, CEO of HIMSS, told MedCity News. “We’re leveraging a very strong anchor that we’ve already got.”

HIMSS expects to release the conference agenda on Aug. 14. One registration fee will grant access to the entire conference, which will take place Nov. 8-11 in National Harbor, Md.
