In a job posting on USAJobs.gov, HHS listed a position for CIO/Deputy Assistant Secretary for Information Technology.

“In the position, you would exercise prime leadership in Department-wide strategic planning to improve the multibillion dollar investment in and effective use of information technology and information resources throughout the Department in conjunction with Agency CIOs,” according to the job listing.

The reported salary range is between $123,175 and $185,100 per year.
