The Centricity Contingent Staffing technology provides contingent staffing agencies with management solutions such as onboarding and billing processes. The HealthcareSource and Centricity Contingent Staffing combined company, which will be rebranded as HealthcareSource Contingent Talent Management, will have more than 3,300 healthcare clients.
The financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. The acquisition is expected to close in the first quarter of this year.
