Quartet offers a HIPAA-compliant technology platform that helps primary care physicians identify patients who may have underlying mental health conditions and connects them to a network of mental health providers. The platform also enables primary care physicians and mental health providers to share treatment plans, notes and updates on test results.

The company recently added a feature to the platform that allows nonclinical caregivers and community-based professionals, such as case managers, to connect patients with mental health providers.

Quartet has raised $153 million since it was founded in 2014.
