1. Most recently, Mr. Gallagher served as CFO of Minneapolis-based Allina Health, a 12-hospital system. He retired at the end of 2016.
2. In 2015, Allina Health signed a $108 million, 10-year shared-risk agreement with Health Catalyst.
3. Prior to Allina Health, he served in senior executive roles at Des Moines, Iowa-based UnityPoint Health, including as executive vice president and CFO.
4. Mr. Gallagher holds an MBA degree from University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management in Minneapolis.
