Geisinger Health System taps Stanson Health for clinical decision support

Geisinger Health System has contracted with Stanson Health to provide its physicians with clinical decision support.

The Danville, Pa.-based health system is set to install both Stanson Clinical Decision Support and Stanson Analytics. These tools, which are meant to help physicians at point-of-care, provide patient-specific suggestions directly into the health system’s EHR.

Stanson Health’s clinical decision support content is focused on leveraging opportunities related to antibiotic stewardship programs, opioid management programs and the Medicare Access and CHIP Reauthorization Act.
