In a recent Gartner report, titled Healthcare Provider CIOs Need to Stay on Course and Procure a Population Health Solution, the research company said population health management has evolved into a discipline healthcare companies need to consider. Gartner mentioned Innovaccer as one provider of population health management solutions in its review of middleware-type products.
Innovaccer’s Integrated Data Lake, for example, was developed to address data integration barriers and accelerate value-based care initiatives, according to a news release.
