Dan Orenstein, former general counsel for EHR vendor athenahealth, has been appointed general counsel for Health Catalyst, a data warehouse platform and analytics company. His appointment is effective Jan. 4.
Mr. Orenstein was with athenahealth for 10 years. In addition to serving as general counsel, he also was senior vice president and board secretary.
At Health Catalyst, Mr. Orenstein will oversee all the company's legal affairs.
