Eric Yablonka. Vice President and CIO of University of Chicago Medicine and Biological Sciences. Mr. Yablonka has been in his current roles for the more than 15 years, beginning in 2001. He was previously vice president and CIO of Saint Raphael Healthcare System in New Haven, Conn. In 2006, he received the CHIME-HIMSS John E. Gall Jr. CIO of the Year Award.
