Epic Help Desk goes live at Hartford HealthCare

Hartford (Conn.) HealthCare has launched its Epic help desk, staffed with expertise from Stoltenberg Consulting.

Stoltenberg offers an Epic Help Desk solution, providing tiered support for clients in Epic’s full suite of applications.

The help desk will offer 24/7, year-round support to Hartford HealthCare’s 15,700 Epic end users. Currently the help desk serves the system’s ambulatory physicians, Windham Hospital in Willimantic, Conn., and MidState Medical Center in Meriden, Conn. It plans to add The Hospital of Central Connecticut in New Britain in August and Backus Hospital in Norwich, Conn., in 2017.
