emsCharts, HealthCall join forces to improve community EMS: 3 things to know

EmsCharts, an emergency medical services software development company based in Warrendale, Pa., will integrate with HealthCall’s patented community paramedicine platform, which allows emergency medical technicians to collaborate with local healthcare providers to provide community paramedicine services.

Here are three things to know.

1. Through the integration, EMS companies will be able to effectively manage patients from pre-hospital to diversified post-discharge care programs in real time, according to a news release.

2. In the release, Pete Goutmann, president and chief technology officer of emsCharts, said the partnership “represents a new level of interoperability.”

3. EmsCharts said its clients operating a community paramedicine mobile integrated healthcare program are eligible to participate in the early adopter program offered by HealthCall.
