The 2015 payment adjustments were announced Feb. 10 at a HIT Policy Committee meeting.
Meeting slides further break down the payment adjustment amount for eligible professionals and indicate the majority of EPs (34 percent, or 87,000 EPs) are subject to payment adjustments between $1 and $250.
Twenty-one percent of EPs (55,000) will face payment adjustments between $250 and $1,000; 14 percent (36,000) will face adjustments between $1,000 and $2,000 and 31 percent (78,000) will face adjustments of more than $2,000.
