Veradigm has named Christian Greyenbuhl its next CFO.
Mr. Greyenbuhl joins the company from Ministry Brands, which provides software tools for churches and nonprofits, according to an April 6 Veradigm news release. He has served as Ministry Brands’ CFO since November 2022.
He will assume his new role at Veradigm on May 11, or the first business day after the company files its annual financial reports for 2023 and 2024, whichever is later. He succeeds Lee Westerfield, who is serving as Veradigm’s interim CFO. Mr. Westerfield will serve the company in a consulting role following Mr. Greyenbuhl’s appointment.
“Our ‘Reset, Recover, Reignite’ plan is fully launched,” Veradigm CEO Donald Trigg said in the release. “With Christian’s arrival, the team required to drive our strategic reset, recover our market leadership with independent physician practices, and reignite profitable growth will be largely in place.”
