Scott Joslyn. Senior Vice President and CIO of MemorialCare Health System (Fountain Valley, Calif.). As senior vice president and CIO of the five-hospital MemorialCare, Mr. Joslyn oversees the system’s information technology, innovation, networking and telecommunications. He is co-founder and chairperson of CHIEF, a Southern California CIO information-sharing group, and has taught healthcare IT courses at California State University, Long Beach and Los Angeles-based University of Southern California.
