Three notes:
1. The nonprofit, acute-care hospital extended its partnership with Allscripts for another seven years.
2. Under the new agreement, Saint Anthony Hospital will install Allscripts solutions including Paragon acute and ambulatory EHRs as well as Allscripts’ FollowMyHealth patient portal.
3. The new contact will allow Saint Anthony Hospital to integrate clinical and financial data between its ambulatory and acute settings.
“We’re pleased that Allscripts delivered a Paragon solution suite that includes the ambulatory module,” Saint Anthony Hospital President and CEO Guy A Medaglia said in a news release. “This integrated system will allow us to streamline processes and operate more efficiently, ultimately improving patient care and experience, both at the hospital and Saint Anthony affiliated clinics.”
