Physicians are most satisfied with EHR reliability but least pleased with the systems’ efficiency, KLAS Research reported.

Here is the percentage of physicians satisfied with various EHR components, according to the health IT researcher’s survey of more than 30,000 physicians from 2022 to April 2025:

1. EHR reliability: 75%

2. Patient-centered care: 73%

3. Internal integration: 66%

4. Quality care: 64%

5. Functionality: 57%

6 (tie). EHR response time: 53%

6 (tie). Alerts: 53%

8. Patient safety: 51%

9. Ease of learning: 48%

10. External integration: 40%

11. Efficiency: 39%
