PatientKeeper names new CEO: 3 things to know

PatientKeeper, an EHR optimization software company, welcomed Philip Meer as its new CEO, per a March 9 news release.

Three things to know:

1. Mr. Meer brings 20 years of experience in customer leadership roles at heath IT organizations and enterprise software companies to the position.

2. Prior to joining PatientKeeper, Mr. Meer served as executive vice president of customer experience at Evariant, a healthcare consumer and physician engagement company.

3. Under Mr. Meer’s leadership, PatientKeeper’s strategy will become more focused on customer satisfaction, he said in the news release. The company’s engagement system currently has more than 70,000 active users.
