The EHR system, which is software licensed from Epic, will bring Alice Peck Day Memorial Hospital’s medical records on the same system as its affiliate Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center in Lebanon.

With the new EHR, APDMH patients’ clinical and ambulatory medical records will be stored on a single system. Additionally, patients have access to the myD-H patient portal, which allows them to access their health records, and can message their providers and schedule appointments on the web or through mobile application.
