Healthcare providers that have rolled out clinical communication technologies from Halo Health and PerfectServe Telmediq have reported the highest satisfaction rates and confidence in their vendors to continue supporting future outcomes, according to a recent KLAS Research report.

For its Clinical Communications Platforms 2021 report, KLAS surveyed acute care organizations across the U.S. to understand their clinical communication strategies and vendor preferences. 

Here is how providers ranked their confidence in their vendor’s ability to meet their expectations for future communications goals, based on a nine-point scale:
