Merge Healthcare intends to connect its imaging network with the Surescripts Network for Clinical Interoperability in order to enable hospitals and imaging centers to electronically deliver imaging reports to providers through electronic health records on the Surescripts Network.

The connectivity will also allow physicians to access and view images securely from the Merge Honeycomb cloud-based solution.
