Mark Waind. CIO of Altru Health Systems (Grand Forks, N.D.). Mr. Waind oversees information services, telecommunications, transcription and health information management for Altru Health System, a community-owned integrated system consisting of an acute care hospital and specialty hospital. Mr. Waind is president of the North Dakota Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society chapter. He is certified through the College of Healthcare Information Management Executives and formerly served as president of the Minnesota Epic User Group.
