For its Population Health Care Management 2019 report, KLAS measured healthcare organizations’ satisfaction with their population care management software.
Customers of companies including Epic, Cerner, Athenahealth and Allscripts reported that each vendor presents issues with facilitating population care workflows. Epic clients reported that data is difficult to navigate, and Cerner clients wanted more guidance with gathering data from different sources, according to the report.
